This feels like something that could carry our message. This is a contender as of right now among some strong competition. Thanks for continuing to work to find something we like! 8 years ago David commented on #61 Withdrawn totally agree....swooshy people are waaaay overdone. let me see if i can change them a bit... Thank you very much. 8 years ago Lhall commented on #61 Withdrawn Closer! These elements can be associated with leaders. Can you do this with something other than the "Y- -and-dot" icon? This icon has been overused in our population. We see it everywhere. We're making progress! Thank you. 8 years ago Lhall commented on #57 Withdrawn Thanks. The dove and hand speaks to hope and helping but doesn't connect to training and leadership. Our message is that hope will come through trained leaders and whatever logo we choose will need to inherently support that message or we will have to infuse that connection into it through marketing. It's easier if the logo already has elements that easily connect to a trained leader. ************ This is closer. The arc under "hope of Africa" ties with the arc of the sunrise. #58 is more interesting than #57 or your earlier designs, and, like I said, it helps that you showed us a black and white version. Do you have any other ideas to help us tie the message of hope to trained leaders? 1 hour, 45 minutes ago DAV!D usually in graphic design, the message of hope is often represented by a dove, and/or a hand(hands) . it may be a little overused, since it's been already done , in my opinion , a bit too much. I can , surely , prepare a version with a hand and/or a dove if you desire. Thanks a lot, again for your comments. 8 years ago David commented on #59 Withdrawn as promised , version with hand and dove. also uploaded a black only version . 8 years ago David commented on #57 Withdrawn usually in graphic design, the message of hope is often represented by a dove, and/or a hand(hands) . it may be a little overused, since it's been already done , in my opinion , a bit too much. It helps to see the black and white version. This has potential if we can develop a campaign that will connect the message of hope to the trained leaders where the hope comes from. If we choose this logo, that would be the challenge. We may need the statement "Spirit-filled, Biblically trained leaders are the hope of Africa" to be part this logo. Or do you have other ideas? 8 years ago David commented on #54 Withdrawn even more simplified . any direction you may have could prove useful and definitely appreciated. thank you. 8 years ago David commented on #44 Withdrawn apologize the delay.out of office. simplified colors, and added a black version only . thank you very much for the feedback. 8 years ago Lhall commented on #44 Withdrawn This is attractive. I like the fonts. However, one of our requirements is that our logo will have to still work when it is reduced occasionally to black and white. Can you reduce the color-complexity? 8 years ago
