That's closer, Aaron, thanks. It does give a representation but's not entirely clear. I had to study it. How else can we symbolize a trained leader?

Thanks! This is attractive. It emphasizes the "hope" aspect but it will be difficult to connect this to the reason for our hope, which is in trained leaders. The logo we choose will have to have some element that we can infuse with the idea of leadership. Do you have ideas to help us do that?

Hope is part of our message but the emphasis is not just hope, but hope through trained leaders. The dove and olive branch is more associated with peace. We will need an element in our logo that can be identified with a trained leader in the campaign that implements this logo. What ideas do you have for that?

I liked the message of hope and promise that olive branch represents and thought it worked nicely with your mission of training up leaders in Africa. I kept it in black in white to match the website. Thank you and good luck with the contest!
