I've looked at simplifying the design as much as possible. The repetition of the flame represents consistent test results. I've used bold typography to show that the product is serious and I've used the diamond sign to imply the safety factor of the product.
Rather than simply showing physical attributes of the product, this logo speaks of what the product does and how trustworthy it is.
