I really want to like #13, but it is a rip-off of another logo. 15 and 12 feel close, but too cute/cartoony

I may be mistaken, but I recognize it very clearly. I can't remember the name of the company I have seen it from. I don't mean to accuse, I am just not comfortable using it.
