I like the simplicity of this design. I also really like your Northwind design. The trick here is to brand the international safaris with a simple, yet elegant logo that could transform to a fun, local adventure in something like Chicago Adventure Safaris. If we can find that balance, I think it would do very well.

The Rhino and the gorilla with baby are the preferred. The other gorilla will move to the right. Also, what is ESN? Adventure Safari Network would be ASN, but maybe I am missing something? These are also too light. Like the two tone logo, and maybe we can use the colors in the Photo Safari Network logo?
The circle is taking too much of a prominent position. I also think the colors are detracting from the simplicity of the logo. Like this idea, but need some adjustment. Let's use the two color tones from the photo safari network logo, reduce the size of the circle back to the original size, and move that circle to the left side of the wording.
