the image is too busy and large. Like the concept. Can it be smaller and try a few iterations with the image at the front of the words and different sharper fonts

Well it's arguable. In spite the fact that these logos have the same concept in mind the execution is way different (and I assume that Navigant works in a different industry, correct me if I wrong). My concept is based on using polygonal structure of the A-alike arrow. Anyway, you're the boss. Please check out my other concepts. My best bet was #147 but unfortunately you don't like it :(

This has too much going on, but I am liking the concept... any way to make this more "circuit board" like? Data Tree like?

We plan to put this on our online dashboard, so imagine it be the loading icon... It'd be hard to animate this but I think you may have something here. I think the terms I'm going for are simpler, elegant, technology. This is too much technology not enough elegance.

P.S. I showed you both versions – vertical logo and horizontal. A good logo needs to be looking good in various orientations since different corporate identity items require different usage of the logo (think websites, apps, business cards, etc). BTW, it's embroidery and engraving safe.

Hello. Please check out my design proposal. It's clean, simple. The icon represents a stylized futuristic A letter. Very tech oriented. Great for possible app icon. Along with a custom tweaked typography form a very secure, professionally looking brand identity. Hope you like it!
P.S. Please provide designers with the feedback (especially during the elimination /if you don't like the logo/ so we know the aprox. direction to follow. But please do not share other designers ideas. Thanks!
