Air medical / Air Force style wings would be better yes. Looks good. Because this is a shoulder flash can you put a dark navy border around the entire flash or something to show that. Also we have another division of our company that does First Nation Ambulance by ground. Is there a way to use he same flash and change it slightly to represent First Nations Perhaps remove the wings altogether and add ??

I really like this one. I am thinking a bit too much red though. I would like to see it on the background of a dark navy as this will be the colour of the flight suit.
I wonder what it would look like complete grey tones to match our grey tone refelctive stripping down the legs and arms. Keeping the Canada maple leaf red though

I like the star of life but I don't like the ambulance and aircraft in the middle. It needs to just have wings and the star of life somehow.
I like the Canadian maple leaf's
