I honored your idea of having a monochromatic logo in this offering. I saw your comment to Mare regarding a microscope image vs. one of a tooth. While this is more distinctive to you, having the distinctions that you do regarding the differences between your services and other dentists, I'll invite you to consider whether your average client will understand and recognize those distinctions. Personally, I wouldn't link a microscope with someone who would help me with my teeth. The tooth in the logo, clearly does. Of course, you're welcome to your own opinion in the matter, I'm just commenting on how it occurs from this perspective, over here. Please feel free to offer any feedback or suggestions. A simple, clean, professional, logo. The glass button suggests up-to-date elegance, while the text is conservative and classy.

#11 seems a little too bland without much to make it more than "a tooth in a circle".

Designs don't have to be monochromatic, they just need to also render well when printed in grayscale.
