Bring out the leaves wider still at almost the same width as the word advanced. Don't colour in the leaves, but enhance some of the lines to have a 3D effect. The tooth may also need to be larger in size

This color concept is better then your newly revised one. Please keep the font all one colour (Grey). Can you change the leaves design so there is no overlapping of colors? It is very hard to embroider this.
