I like the colour and it is a very strong logo. The shape in the background looks more like a pyramid than a tetrahedron to me. See if you can play with that a bit.

I think there is potential here.

I think it looks a bit too strong or macho. like it's attempting to state how strong it is.

I'm not sure how to do it... can you make it softer? maybe it's a font change?
