I like all of them. I prefer the logo I ranked number one because the mom is generic and I want the logo to be inclusive. I want women of color to relate as well.
The logo I ranked number 2 is nice and I like the blue background inside the circle. Would like to see this logo with the mom/baby that is more generic featured in the logo I rated number one.
Also is the color orange or red?

Your lettering stands out
Can you adjust the baby in mom's arms to be lower? I want baby at breast level and not shoulder.
Also change tagline to Lactation services for instead of Lactation services at- that was my error

I have lowered the arms of the mother to make sure that the baby is at the breast level.
