I liked this but it is important to convey that Adhere helps the practice/doctor/mangement retain/keep/box-in the patient long term. So I'd like you to:
1. put PATIENT MANAGEMENT back in the circle.
2. I'd like for you to increase the font on both.
3. I'd like to see what it looks like when Adhere is in larger font(same-sized circle, just less whitespace inside)

This is nice but can Patient and Management need to be more closely related while Adhere is the main word. Also I'd love to see the patient be the center or focal point of the black hole

I like that something is being contained here. Could you experiment with this more. Maybe bring in some color

I like the energy, but it also feels a tad busy(a black hole inside a black hole almost).
