Looks like a pharmaceutical.

A little too plain. feel free to add a logo element.

The words run together - so the viewer won’t know how to pronounce this hybrid word. If they say “Ad Disruption” in their head, they may remember. A hybrid word like Microsoft doesn’t need a division, but addisruption does. I think different colors or weights are the key, but I’m not a designer, so you know better, but the problem does exist with this design treatment.

Don't know how to pronounce... needs to somehow convey that it is pronounced Ad Disruption while keeping "Addis" together.
