So. we really like #100 and #101. Can you make the shine in the middle fade "icon" from white to transparent?

#100 we would like to see the dark grey blocks made black. The word leadership needs to stand out more.

I like #147 but can you change the word addictive to be less orange and more reds and blacks

Hello I just realized I am not first rank, only first rank design able to submit in judging mode, you could swap any designer to first rank for them to be able submit revision in this judging mode.
