#1 process improvement does not get enough prominence (text too small) How would it look like with 'process' before the 'p' in adaptive, and improvement after the 'p' in adaptive ?
'adaptive' and 'process improvement' are equally important but the innovation in the total wording is 'adaptive' so this needs a special focus.
A thought - adaptive has letter 'p' and 'i' in it, which might be singled out for emphasis for Process Improvement ?
Happy with blue colour and font has a sort of adaptive feel to it.
Could you take #4 and apply to #1 In other words use same size font in #1 and make process improvement text darker (or do you have to increase the font size as in #4 ?)
Could you also try #4 as is with grey instead of black for thr text 'process imporvement'
...If i shrink the font too much it doesn't look good because of the "p" in adaptive, let me think a little, as i have an idea with the a, and the arrow....incorporated as 1 letter
I uploaded the 2 versions for #4 and #6 (with #7 & #8) design, and also a black and white version, and on black background, to see how it looks...
In my opinion, the arrow brakes the view of design, make it more appealing and easy to remember...... Is like :..if u are just seen a normal "a", u start to think...
(Did i see that somewhere? I think i remember ..I saw it somewhere...but can't tell where.....nop...I think someone just start to write something, and dint finish it....Yes...that must be..."
and with the arrow, the logo is easy to remembered, because is making it unique.....is powerful because just seeing the letter "a" [with arrow] u know that is "that company...what was her name?...oh....adaptive...Yes."
The arrow also make a very good connection with the rest of the words, symbolizing a process.
Another power of the design is the color and the simplicity of design. And because the design, don't have gradients, mesh or other color effects, it's very easy to imprim(print) it on all possible materials at a low cost...from steel to wood, window, embroidery, etc...
QUESTION: Is #24 and #25 the same font size for'process improvement' as #6 as #24 and #25 look to me the same font size as #7 and #8
I very much like the WHOLE concept, it works on white and black background the black and white version works well too Meets all my requirements
I am getting to get addicted to the black arrow, and thanks for your explanation
So ANOTHER QUESTION: In the latest samples you have put a gradient colour split on the blue between a lighter blue and a darker blue. Do you see this as an advantage or a distraction ? I understand the arrow as ADAPTIVE but the dual colour I might see as PROGRESSIVE as in progressive lenses in glasses/spectacles. I dont want you to change anything here! I would rather take YOUR view on whether a colour split is better than the solid colour.
I just wanted you to know that when I try and rank your design #1 I get a message displayed as follows
We are very sorry, but the designer CrissDesign has not participated enough in the community to be ranked as #1. This policy is to protect our customers from potentially risky designers who might not be familiar with our site policies and requirements. However, we would be glad to manually approve this designer for you. You can request this by using the Contact Us form in the Help Section.
As a result I have made a request to manually approve you as a designer through the contact form OTHERWISE you would be showing up as rank #1
I guess logotournament will respond to my request shortly. I will let you know when I get such a reply.
The rank problem, might be cause because I only have 4-5 days on site (just registered this week), and I might need to apply to a number of contests...
The 2 colors that forms somehow a gradient i see it as a modern look, high-tech, web2.0
The family here dont like the two tone gradient - can you remove and replace with single original blue.
and the question you didnt answer QUESTION: Is #24 and #25 the same font size for 'process improvement' as #6 #24 and #25 look to me the same font size as #7 and #8 and we wanted the font size in #6
Sorry for the confusion
so single colour blue - no gradients - the overall colour and layout as in #7 / #8 and font text size for 'process improvement as in # 4 and # 6 just the two examples to close
I have received notification that you are now manually approved as a designer to be rank #1 !!

You have withdrawn the last 4 logos of the drak blue design that we worked so hard on together through communication.
As I have previously stated I very much like the design.
I would appreciate if you could put them back as design proposals - they will definitely be in the top rankings
You may have got some wrong signals from me through the current rankings : I considered the 4 designs baselined without need for further work/change
As I know in the last 48 hours other designers make a final push to resubmit new or revised designs In order to encourage some of those designers I temporarily raised their rankings. As a result they have submitted new designs.
The current rankings are informative only, and your design would be in the top rankings
I have had feedback from others and there is a big split. Those who immediately say 'this is one you should not choose' and others who think 'this is a great design' . To me therefore it is a controversial design - something not in the normal expectations of what something should look like. I consider that as an asset because it makes the logo 'memorable'. The logo works great in high profile powerpoint and on the web but perhaps not so good on normal paper based communications.
The logos are therefore a strong competitor in the competition.
