Although I love this direction, the client is wanting something that is more in line with the reference file I attached to the contest entry - see Agribusiness Risk Underwriters logo.

Hey, I really like this icon! I think there's a bit too much going on with the ACS letters with it. What if you place the ACS under the icon, extend the green area to encapsulate the ACS - like it's reversed out in a bar. So that the icon and the ACS look like one unit. Then move the Ag Claims Specialists type closer to the icon.
