perhaps when you make the shape of texas on the background, the bottom tip of texas could be on the "of". so "of" can stay white in the black texas. Maybe a couple varieties would be good. This one is close.

Can you remove the texas shape around the "of". Perhaps just keep those letter same size but black like the others?

Can you make the circular black background in the shape of Texas and remove the shape of texas from the "of"? Thank you
