I really like what your doing and style wise its great. but there needs to be a warmth to the logo so that people feel comfortable to open up about thier issues. this is coming accross a little to cold.

This is my favorite of yours so far! could you make the tree icon smaller. and perhaps let the tree be solid and not in negative space. (so take the circle away completly)
