Hi. #3 is an eye concept (insight) with a human figure holding an arch (absolute, start to finish, etc.) overhead. If you are interested in the concept, I'll dive into fonts and colors for you more in line with the art deco look you requested.
On #3: This concept is in a similar vein to our current logo (see www.absoluteinsight.biz) but is too close to CBS TV. Can you take the "sight" concept further and more into Art Deco? We like the "vision" implicaiton of insight.
