Able SSOLogo Design Contest

The font used on SSO has financial overtones.

I'm a newbie here, so please bear with me!

I like where #5 is going. The colors are not striking my fancy and it's likely the tone of green.

Also, people in the states don't seem to really know what an SSO is, so a focus on it is probably not of tremendous value in the brand.

I like the idea of #6, but I think the font doesn't work for me with the concept of the seal...new and old, if you know what I mean. My other fear is that the seal could potentially (but not necessarily) be a little complicated.

#12 I like the best. I would like to see the same font and structure, but using the colors for Able and SSO as in #14. Not sure about the line color for the new iteration. Maybe the lighter blue?

#11 is also looking good, but I don't like the outline around the SSO. Maybe take the partial flourish (like #5) to finish out the bottom line.

#13 & #14 have convinced me that the seal probably won't work for us.

The slackers haven't even reviewed them yet. One promises to this evening, and I'll corner the other two. In #60 and #61, I think the book on top clutters the look. I really like the elegance without it. Same applies for the "student scholarship organization" in all, including #62. Seems to interfere with the clean line.

So glad you submitted #70. I must say that I am a traditional girl, but the more modern logos are very appealing. Any way you could make the book stack and apples more abstract? More "sketchy" than firm lines? Make the stem blue, rather than black? Also make the SSO blue?

I would also like to see a version with the changes above and with the full height of the books and apple equal to the Able height.

Okay...now I see why you filled it. Version #80 is exactly what I asked for, but the green is just too subtle, isn't it? How about making SSO and STUDENT SCHOLARSHIP ORGANIZATION green as well?
