#3 AND #4 - I guess we are looking for something with a little more "punch". I do tend to favor lower case. Maybe it is just me, but I find the two orange symbols to be competing for attention. I'll think about ti some more. The stylized person reaching for thier goal, particularly in #4 is intriguing.- although I don't like the "a" (axis) overlapped. Thanks.

#5 Thanks for the revision. I like what you did in pulling the "a" forward, but I do prefer the "clean" look of the basic design in #4.

#4 We are liking this version over #5 & #3 but could you bring "axis" forward - as in #5?
