Remove some stroke around the ABF and move Inc. flush left
Move F to the right a little
I think the ABF needs to be a little stretched/taller...

Extend INC to flush right and make the line blue. The gold swoosh is too much Gold. Play with some gradients and possibly Gold to blue or maybe a 2nd parallel gradient in blue with the blue going light to dark and the gold doing the opposite. Lastly take a little stroke off the abf.

Use a different swoosh, something that encompasses 2/3 of the oval with equal band widths. There is a good example in my ranked logos.

Also, move the F out to the right so it is more visible.

Make the ABF Gold with a larger blue stoke behind it along with adding a bevel to the ABF font like i mentioned in your other design.

Make same changes to this design. I'm thinking this needs a good stroke behind the ABF in the gold color to give it some depth. I would also add some bevel to the ABF to make it appear that it is elevated/raised.

Adjust colors to 295 and 125 and add some stroke to Prints. Bring the line down to level with the bottom of Inc. and change the color to gold 125.
