My first concept for you is a break away from the normal "bar graph". I used human figures to show the progression of the bars. This shows a more personal touch and a more personal approach. These human shapes are common in social networking, and keep the modern simplistic look that is popular with young web savvy consumers.
The human figures actually grow in the logo. As a small business owner myself, I look for someone who pays attention on a personal level. This logo can convey that.
