This one is easier to read, but it lost some of the style of the previous version. Would it be posable to combine the two?

I like it's simple, easy to read, and looks good on both the white and black backgrounds. I'm curious what it would look like with an ear of corn instead of wheat for the L.

There is a nice looking ear of corn in the Invision logo on the PDF I posted.

I like how you turned the first A into part on the ear of corn. It looks good, its just a little hard to read.
