Hello, here is my submission, the icon is a story in itself. The camera lens starts and ends the book and flows from front to back. The glare from the lens silhouettes the wedding rings. The green is elegant and pops against the black and silver. The text of the logo matches a wedding theme well and is subtle enough not to steal the show from the icon. This image can also be made in flat colours and will work well in monotone. Variations at your request, and feedback is always welcome. Thank you!

I like these. I actually understood the logo before reading your explanation. Very radical. I like better warm colors, I think they pop up better against black.
I'd like to see a different font for the text and I like the text to be white and taking the whole width of the logo. You may want to bold "yes"

Smaller book is better (like #79) and flat color is definitly worth a try.

Try changing green to white and have rings colored, or maybe keep ring as is but change green to warmer color (think NBC logo)

Thanks for the effort.

One more option from me, the story book icon is easily used on it's own as well. I also added a tagline of my own as an option.

#194 Thanks - I do prefer other designs so far. This one lacks poetry (I know ... Kinda hard to describe my feelings ;) )
