Can you play with the gold coloring a bit? I am concerned that the center of the house looks a little faded.

I was also thinking about a possible chimney in the house. Likewise, I am just not sure if a chimney would take away from the symmetry.

I like how symmetrical it looks. The lines next to the slogan helps tie the top in with the bottom.

I do need to have two versions of the image. One will be standard with white background and one will be for printing on black clothing (black background).

I will be printing this logo on black clothing. Your colors are perfect so I think I would use black as standard and white lettering when printing on black clothing. Lets put your logo on black so we can see what that would look like.

Also lets add a house above the logo that spans across the whole name.

This one is cool and has unique colors and great font. Since the name changed, perhaps an image of a house instead of the (&) could work, or perhaps an image of a house above the name?
