I really like this. I love the asymmetry of the design, and the elements are great. I also really like the fonts. I am on the fence, because the box feels big and maybe a bit heavy, but I am not sure it would be improved with a smaller size up top.
Maybe if it was a purple line perimeter, not solid?
The problem is that with letterhead, or on the website, I have to keep the whole logo pretty big in order for the text to be readable.

Thank you for the feedback - with this one I wanted to show how the design might work if it were very small, for example on business cards as you mentioned. I think the design is flexible enough to work with different applications ... feel free to ask for alterations ... all the best,

It seems like the butterfly element in the element mix on the left is upside down. Can you flip that?
