Here it is the update like your request #33.
I've withdrawn my entry number #32 because I've received complain from zhafran for using tie & "V" as a man.
Really, I disagree with zhafran, because my design has a hat and combine with two "i" to show it like a man.
Hope with the new #33 you will like. Please keep give me your feedback. I will ready make little change/modification.

We like the "a," like the hat, like the color combination, but dislike the arms being a part of the text to create a man. Could you possibly redo this portion and incorporate the hat in a different way?
