Thank You! #18 looks rich. The luxury element of Montecito CA's zip code 93108 is what I was thinking of when I published blues and greens. But maybe you have a better sense of how to put color, font, and graphic choices into a rich look. Please feel free to experiment. The roof line is appealing to me. The arc at the bottom is an element that could give a sense of the beach if it were reworked. Montecito is known for its beaches and its mountains. My target audience of tenants, buyers and sellers want to live close to the beauty of the area and enjoy the freedoms of the association styled living of a condo. I think the roofline gives a sense of style/beauty. It's unique to my eye and my audience likes to be considered as being unique and making unique choices, i.e. choosing to work with 93108condo.com. Please play some more if you have the time and feel free to color outside of my original lines.

Thanks for the feedback and for having me in your top 5. I can definitely see what I can come up with. I can make the ocean line look more ocean looking too. I like the curved roof also, it's something different. There are so many real estates around with the generic roof line. I like the green and blue colours. My other colour preference would probably be gold. I lot of real estate logos I have seen are red and blue which is very contrasting and eye grabbing but common. I think orange and blue work well and aren't as common as the red. Just an idea. I'll play around anyhow :o)

I just googled the postcode. I see what you mean, it looks like paradise! Gorgeous. I understand more about the target audience now. I think the logo needs to look a bit more expensive looking you know.

The orange and blue pallet is unique.#36 is my favorite so far. How about a more expensive looking font, maybe paprus. Maybe the star '+' in the back ground could change to something reminisent of Montecito - Mountains, trees, ...
