#34 is good stuff. Thank You! The graphic does a good job of moving the viewer into Montecito. The Text is simple and bold. I would like to see the current shade of blue made to match vibrancy with the red. Maybe a stark black or a jet blue. Please try versions with the graphic to the right, below and then above the text box. Please try a version with the roof line and 'condo' in red. and the rest in the blue/black color. Very fun!
