#1 Hello and thank you for the submission. My sense of greens and blues come from our environs: https://www.google.com/search?q=montecito+ca&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ei=DcQfUsrUBIG2iwKOqoGwCA&ved=0CAkQ_AUoAQ&biw=1675&bih=837 . I like your more elegant designs but appreciate your attention to my comments. It's good food for thought to see bold concepts. If you wish to try a revision feel free to freewheel it a bit. The basic website being used prior to logo and IDX, etc. can be viewed at www.93108condo.com - password 93108condopassword. Cheers, George
ref. #6, The medallion works much better for me. The line .com is interesting. I think the tag line is looking out of place and should be lost. Thank You!
Thank you for the work! #9 & #10 are my favorites so far. Montecito is a town with both beaches and mountains. I like the movement from left to right my eyes sees in #10. The town and the product is known for its luxury. Perhaps #10 with hues that one finds in famous luxury brands - please feel free to experiment beyond greens and blues - ex. Mercedes goes black silver or red, Tiffany's goes steel blue and bronze. The target audience is either rich or wants to be rich but they all want to own and live in a home that is where the beauty and richness of Montecito is evident.
Thank you for the revisions! You are one of my top five. I like the gold and blue medallion in #25. I like the simplicity and easy to read aspects of #26. It would be interesting to use the medallion in #25 with a gold '93108' (the richness of the Montecito zip code) and a blue 'condo' (the cool freedom of owning a condominium) and the black line .com look in #9 - having the line come right off the lower line that breaks free of the right side of the medallion using 'Georgia' font style for the text. So, I'm thinking that the trend is looking good - please feel free to experiment!
Thank's a lot for your continue feedback.. Update for your request #31, #33, #34 I try for siply roof.. If you need other revision or change please do'nt hesitate for ask me.. I'm pleasure for help..
#34 is lovely - thank you! I like the simplified roof lines. When I look at #34 next to #5 I like the gold top and blue bottom better in #5's medallion . So, let's try the basic layout of #5 with the new roof lines, change the colors in the text so that "93108" is now gold and "condo" is now blue, no background color and use a balance line " _____ .com" below the text using blue for the line and the .com. If you would then try a second version with that motif in a frame, essentially the same size as the frame formed by the current black background, and have the frame coloring transfer from blue to gold as it does in the border of the medallion. A third version with a gray background inside the frame would be fun to see as well. Thanks!
#54 is a favorite with my family! Thank You! We played with edits. Would you please slice off the left 3/4 of the graphic, i.e the house-mountain graphic and swoosh below it, so that what is left is the palm tree with the black swoosh and red swoosh sliced to begin with the black swoosh below it. Then remove the line under the text and increase the font size just a bit of '.com'. The concept is very simple but elegant in its possible balance between quadrants. Best, George
Hello Amanterkendali, Thank you for the revisions. I'm receiving good feedback on (1) the concept described in my September 2nd, 2013, 10:50PM note above (which is as we look at #54 a revision in which we hold a finger over the left 20% of the graphic blocking out everything to the left of the Palm tree which now has a black and red swooshes below it and we imagine no line under the text and the .com font just a bit larger - that is the look is primarily text with the only picture being the Palm tree above swooshes) and on (2) your #25.
Please work on a revision of #54 simplifying the look to a primarily text look - please do a version in using "Georgia" and a version in "Papyrus". (it's as if you sliced off the picture to the left of the Palm Tree - if I hold a finger just left of the Palm I like the simplicity of the picture/text that remains in view)
Please work on a revision of # 25 with a larger medallion.
