My entries incorporate binary digits, 0 and 1 (0101010101101010) within the typography. The 01 is embedded in the word NORTH for entries 66, 68 and 69. It's a bit more obvious in 67. This is subtle but people in technology will recognize it immediately. I wanted to get away from the literal compass theme as seen on your website and go with something a bit more
In entry 68 the 0I in North could also be interpreted as I/O or Input/Output from programming.
I'm sure you're familiar with the joke: There are 10 types of people in this world. Those who understand binary and those who don't.
sorry, I accidentally deleted part of my explanation above...
I wanted to get away from the literal compass theme as seen in the current branding on your website and go with something a bit more conceptual that is specific to technology. This definitely speaks to your target audience and shows that you cater to the IT industry.
The typeface I chose in #66 is a departure from the more corporate, expected and boring type commonly seen in the branding of job/staffing web sites. This is more contemporary and modern which should help you speak to the younger startup culture. I hope you will consider these as they will certainly differentiate you from the other agencies.
