Hello,
Good to see a design like this.
Firstly, i think you should change colour of logo. The colours that you can use are, should be marked and serious. So, Red, Back, Gray, Blue, Yellow are colours that i chose.
And exactly font is really important. #24 desing's font is really nice. You can try a few font like that..
