Here is the design idea I came up with after reviewing your info and brief: entry #48. I made a pie chart that literally represents both the 80 and the 20, and then I paired that with a customized modern san serif font.

These two revisions: #49 & #50 are perfectly sized to fit at the top of your website or as a banner, letterhead, crest, etc.

The idea was to make the logo into almost like a badge or an emblem, so that it can be easily dropped into any situation and look great.

Actually, make that #51 for that last comment, as I had to change the gradient a bit to make it look right!
