Hello,
For simple and memorable mark I've made combination of open book (education/course/knowledge) with female gender symbol.
Any feedback appreciated.

I really like it! Thank you. The combination of colours is the best of all logos at this moment. I also like this combination of woman and book and the font too... But the cross comes to me too aggressive - The most I see church in it. I don't know how to change it. Maybe use a woman sillouete in similar way like here http://www.istockphoto.com/stock-illustration-4870057-reading-icon.php?st=53a6b80 . Stay by your simple style, don't use this type http://www.istockphoto.com/stock-illustration-17136934-people-symbols.php?st=659a57f please.
