Husk, the idea of growth / tree makes sense. Good work. But we are not really sure with the athletic pose of the ballerina. Please try to work on a symbol where the woman would be more static. Maybe only to the waist with arms up ... ??? Just throwing ideas. So far it looks more fresh and active like diet / sport etc. We like the growth concept though.
On more thing: Keep the typography in capital letters and think about the version where the symbol will be on the left side next to font. We can imagine two lines too > zena / v kurzu. We have to fit the logo into the web header where the central composition and rather tall symbol is not optimal.
Tuning up the symbol is the priority, so don't bother about compositions and typography too much.
