540 protection LLCLogo Design Contest

Can you please incorporate 'TM"for trademark ? Also lets try it without the "LLC"

Hi All,

It was brought to my attention that a contest or two had a designer add a (R) mark to a final image.

Please do NOT do this - even if the client requests it. It may not be illegal for a designer to submit an image with (R) etc - it MAY be illegal for the client to use it before registration.

They may or may not be aware of this.

Please VERIFY if a client has legal rights to use a TM or other special service mark. (R) would probably not be since the mark has just been created by you. If they do, you can insert it.

Liking #3. Can we make the 540 a little darker/more bold in the blues. Like the transitional colors but perhaps help it pop a little more. BR
