but the problem is
i need my logo looking good on white paper as well, cause all paperwork and faxes will be in white

Regarding your request to make staging and redesign part in script font. Since other designer (MASMETT) already introduced in first time, i can't to take that execution since it part of his unique concept, unless you mention on brief in beginning of contest.

Somehow by using shadow it's having difficulty to read staging & redesign part.
I think the best is with plain gold color or gradient gold color only.

It suppose to be PNG with transparent background.
But on my screen it having black background.
Perhaps you can try to download it and you can apply on your website mockup.
Usually for my previous winning CH, i always deliver high resolution transparent background soon after they declare my design as a winner.

i'd really like to have logo with NO SHARP EDGES,
smith round or CIRCLE kind of shape with closed lines, stars can be inside of a circle, text outside
whole image is preferably HORIZONTAL
and u can add some feminine touch to it

i like ur positive smily logo, but i am worrying about unfinished circle because according to feng shui it is a bad luck for the company
so, i like how you located #155 horizontally,
now we need to work on closing somehow the smile into the complete circle
