i REALLY like the idea of the icon - could you try versions with the written wording? 4seventyone or 4seventyONE or some versions of this? This is getting the closest i think to what i'm wanting.

We love this. Could you do more black and white version of this, (in place of the grey) - one on white background and one on black? (love the 4 and the one being same) - Maybe more modern font for the recovery resources and a tad smaller?
LOVE the flower and checkmark idea! Would be open to new versions of the that same theme of something "breaking away" - you are TOTALLY on the right direction!!!

Still really love this - maybe drop the a voice for change, and then if you can make the wheel a little less GEAR looking - or less mechanical..but love the guy escaping kind of, and maybe in blue for the guy? i also do like the gold though.

still just a bit too much happening. I like the idea of the O being the circle with one escaping, can you do it a little less going on, just a more simple version of the O people, maybe smaller icons for the poeple or middle not in grey? Maybe black and white only, and also drop the a Voice for CHange... (currently we feel the O looks like a gear too much) - would LOVE to see variations of this.
