Hi jeff, here's my proposal. I think the most important for this logo is how to make the logo keep clean, simple and easy to read. So here is my idea, I put the word "in" in number "4", and followed with the second "4". This order is still read as "4 in 4", (instead "in 44", or "44 in"). I think with this logo will make the audience easy to recognize the logo, and the most important is the logo still looks clean and readable even in small size. I hope I'm on the right direction.
