Design has an emphasis on the '4' as requested, with an additional emphasis on the game of bingo by making the 'o' in Bingo an actual bingo ball. Sparkles added to give design POP! Changes welcomed.

Yes, there is some good work here. The colours do tend to wash each other out and the font may make it difficult to read the words. The number 4 becomes difficult to spot
