Use the same "4D" in 179 with the knife separating the 4D

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, I’m unable to use the "4D" element from design 169, as it is an idea from another designer. However, I can incorporate the "T" that resembles a table top. Please review #178

Can you please put the 4D from 169 and the T that looks like a table top from 117 in this one?

Add chef knife in the middle of 4D with blade facing left and back end being straight line missing from the "D" and make left/side blade of knife notch into 4.
Lose other knife.
One "&" for both lines in slogan.
