#134 is a great concept, just dont quiet like the arrows... Also you font is #97 is MUCH better.

Still like your #97. You got the colors and font perfect and slogan position and color. Slogan needs to be updated: Nationwide E-Requisition Network (TM)
Also, can you try adding a symbol also similar to #241?

no please dont change the colors, #97 was good! Just looking for more in terms of the symbol. Cross is NOT good.
