I like 278. white space around the 0/graphic makes the 0 more distinct. I like that. How about adding Recon somewhere? The formal name will be 401k Recon. Thanks.

296 and 297 look too much like 401 recon k. Sort of loses the name of the company. Try to the right of K, or how about inside the K heading towards the top right part of K?
