Hi - sorry for the last day entry - spent a little too much time "tweaking" my entry! I limited the colors so that you could easily (and cheaply) print the logo on merchandise as well as easily adapt it to different brews (for labels)
I added some barley. Also - I wanted to point out that the long/thinner profile of the logo was specifically designed to fit bottles better - either for neck wraps of the main label!
