Nice start. I like the stylized deer and the shape of the rack. I like the custome look of the font and the colors that you used. I would like to see a few changes if possible.
First, more emphisi on the deer mark. (This will be our core mark eventually and will be used alone in many applications) Make the deer larger compared to "BUCK WEAR" and add weight. I know that this deer is running although it appears to be squatting. I would like to focus more on therack/head & neck portion of white-tailed deer. (could show portions of back and even tail if it works with name) Maybe connect more of muzzle and rack hinting at an eye/brow reference with look of attitude.
Second, I would live to see a version using the same style and attitude but showing deer looking straight at you.
