I like the colors, balance of #21. all17,18,19 & 21 are nice and clean. I am a little worried that the leaping deer might be confused with the "John Deere" mark. I would love to see what you can do with the core deer mark using just the head, neck & antlers of the buck. Maybe profile and straight on view. I like the strong caps in "BUCK WEAR". Also could stylize the head just a bit in one version. I would like to see a version that focus more on the buck mark larger with our name smaller when you re submit new designs. Nice start.
Thanks for the quick rework. A few comments on #28. Face of this deer appears too elk or cow-like. White-tailed deer faces are braoder at the top of head and then slender in the moth/nose area. (like an inverted triangle, please search white-tailed deer or deerskull on web and you will see what I mean) Not liking the 3/4 angle of this head or the shape of neck. I like your first version with how the deer logo fit between Buck & Wear better then new deer head #25 & 26.
Maybe change the angle of head down some almost like it is about to spar with another deer and keep it either a full profile or looking straight at you showing a more balanced 10 pointer with some attitude.
First note: #67 and #68 submissions are our current logo that we designed. Not sure why you would include this in your ideas. Not good.
On a positive note: Like new twist using a skull in #63, 64, 65, 69 & 70. One tweak is to add a little space between the"K" and the "W" in our name as it is two words but needs to come across a one name. Maybe just do #65 & #70
One more thing with the rack. I would like to find a happy medium between the thickness of a real trophy deer rack antler beam and what you are showing currently. Maybe take the top contour on each side and nudge that down towards the bottom or underside of the main beam of rack ending with a top to bottom beam thickness that is 2/3rds of current thickness of beam.
Could I see logos #65 & #107 each white on a black background and then each on a black background but maybe using 2 colors (not white) like gray and olive green or a cool outdoor color combo? Thanks.
