I thought I would show you some different, more modern fonts, colors and another idea.
I realize some of these are small variations, and please don't hesitate to remove any/all to clean things up.

We like the way your earlier submission looks and feels, but since we aren't a global company, we didn't feel like it represented who we are. Thanks for submitting others.
Also, we're trying to move away from so much teal - sorry to not be able to be more specific with feedback.

I'll certainly try some other ideas and try to capture the feel of the first one but without the global reference.

This idea was the first thing I started on and it turned into the globe one, so I went back to it.

It's no trouble at all. The designers still see them in our "submitted design" page, it just cleans up your contest page for you.
