Hello! We are looking at #504 and #506 as the two different placements of the logo and names. What we'd like to have is: 1. The house and trees as a stand alone logo 2. The names independent from the logo 3. #504 and #506 in two versions, one Lepic-Kroeger, REALTORS® and one without the Lepic-Kroeger, REALTORS® words 4. Both #504 and #506 in the colored version, an all black version, and an all white version (to be used on a dark background)

Closing in here - can you make the house bigger? Make the peak of the house almost to the top of the T in Terri? So the house is a little more of the focus point than the trees? Perhaps leaving trees green and everything else black is it. (Sorry - getting a lot of feedback from office mates who are enjoying this.) Terri

Oh my gosh - this is ridiculous - on our part. Names - black isn't cutting it. Now we need a complimentary color. And I can't figure out what color that should be. Not gold/yellow - too much University of Iowa colors. Maroon is kind of an out of date color. What are your thoughts? Sorry - Terri

Hello, Andi here-- I'm wondering if you're able to do a more artistic style house vs a "clip art" house. The trees provide so much detail the house looks like it's missing something. Would you also be able to do the font in a "sans serif" style, a little more modern and slightly feminine (no script)?
Could the "water lines" be black to match the font, for now? Many thanks!

All right - I have to go fix dinner, and you're probably in the middle of dinner. We can pick this up tomorrow if that works for you. :) Another person I'm running these by still likes the original design in 1st place, font and all. He likes the size, so our names are bigger. He likes the green trees, and then everything else in black (including the blue wavy lines.) I'm going to run that blue line concept past my marketing person tomorrow. That being said, if we go with the logo on top, then our names, then using Lepic-Kroeger, REALTORS below our names means I won't have to use the company logo alongside this. My logo could be a stand alone. I could still use the tree, house, and lines as one, then our names alone as two, and both combined as three options. I'd love your thoughts as well. I'm checking out for now as I have to fix dinner - hope you've had a great weekend. Terri

New to how the messaging works. I was waiting for an email notification that I had a message - sorry! Just seeing this revision. Your thoughts on the logo to the side versus on top? I really like this, too. Our marketing person advised being able to use the tree/house/wave as a separate logo, and then "lockdown" the two as one, also. I'm not a marketing or design person, so hadn't contemplated this use. But once she mentioned, now I'm seeing it. Your take? Thanks so much! Terri

The design in 5th position, Nill, is using a cursive font. I'm wondering if we could soften the block print, and then, instead of saying REALTORS® put in Lepic-Kroeger, REALTORS®? That's the company name. Is the wavy line in blue? I'm really liking this design, and I've showed to others. They, too, like this design a lot.

Maybe I like this version better than the other one - more because I can use the tree/house logo separately and also combine. Again, if we could soften the look a smidge and perhaps make our names the same blue as the wavy lines? Thanks so much!

Good morning! I am liking this design very much. Is it possible to change the font for our names? Maybe a smidge smaller and a little less blocky? I like that you can read the names easily, so something in between a cursive and a hard block print? It's hard to tell, but are the wavy lines (below the house) blue? Or are they black? Possible to soften the coloring a little? Dark grey and a dark blue? I'm looking at the trees and the house as a stand alone logo, too. But I love the essence of this. Thank you! Terri
