Can you make the slogan color darker like a navy blue?

Keep this basic design. We like the "SI" in the microphone. Just provide space below between the slogan and maybe work with other colors for the slogan. Thanks.

Can you add some space between the "E" in SUCCESS and the bottom of the mic stand. The green and purple are right on top of each other. Needs a little space. Looks crowded. Also maybe would a different color for "Latino Success and Innovation" work better?
